Terms of Use
1. Authorized Work Use
CleanYZO is provided for authorized operational work use by your organization only. Do not use it for any purpose outside your assigned role and duties.
2. Account and PIN Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your Employee Number and PIN confidential and for all activity performed under your account.
3. No Credential Sharing
Do not share your PIN, biometric unlock, or account access with anyone else, including coworkers or supervisors.
4. Role and Scope Restrictions
You may only view or act on information and records that your assigned role and organizational scope authorize, as enforced by the system.
5. Accurate Work Reporting
Attendance, task status, inspection results, and other records you enter must accurately reflect real work performed.
6. Prohibited Misuse
Do not use CleanYZO to harass others, falsify records, bypass authorization controls, or interfere with other users' work.
7. Patient / Medical-Data Prohibition
Do not enter, upload, or store patient medical information or unnecessary patient-identifying information in CleanYZO, as described in the Privacy Policy's Hospital & Patient Privacy notice.
8. Photo / Evidence Rules
Photos uploaded as evidence must relate only to the operational task, issue, or inspection at hand and must not include patients, medical records, or medical screens.
9. Availability and Technical-Error Disclaimer
CleanYZO is provided on an as-available basis. Temporary unavailability, errors, or interruptions may occur and are not guaranteed to be free of technical issues.
10. No Unauthorized Tampering
Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the app's security, authorization, or data-integrity controls.
11. Organization Policies Still Apply
Use of CleanYZO does not replace or override your employer/organization's own workplace policies, which continue to apply in full. Nothing in these Terms waives any right you have under applicable employment law.
12. Account Suspension / Disable
Your organization's administrators may disable your account in accordance with their own policies. A disabled account cannot access CleanYZO, including through biometric quick login.
13. Version and Update Mechanism
These Terms are versioned. Continued use after a version change requires reviewing and accepting the updated Terms.
14. Ownership and Licensing
CleanYZO is owned and operated by Yosef Zatri. Rights in the original software, design, brand, and original content are reserved to the owner except where expressly stated otherwise. Use of CleanYZO by a company, organization, or institution does not transfer ownership of the application, source code, brand, or intellectual property to that organization unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
